Management and Subcontracting:
Creative Aero Engineering Solution’s approach is to integrate professional support services within and across the Navy and/or Marine Corps to institute best practices throughout and realize cost savings is summarized by the following.
As to professional services, we are expected to manage our engineering effort in the most efficient manner and by allowing access to cloud shared servers (unclassified only) to all team members. Moreover, a central repository of all program management software and processes (including systems engineering and quality control (such as FMEA) will be made available by our local PMO representative.
It is our philosophy to involve the customer at all stages of execution. Every contract that Creative Aero Engineering Solutions has performed on since its inception involved at least a quarterly report and monthly customer updates. Most of our customers feel engaged as an integral part of the team.

Creative Aero Engineering Solutions has partnered with several companies ranging from small to primes (i.e. Boeing/Lockheed Martin). Consequently, we have processes in place (including non-disclosure agreements) that allow us to subcontract when the workforce/skills are not available. This is most particularly true in the arena of information technology support.
